• 1 cup grated zucchini (squeezed very dry)

• 1/2 tsp baking powder
• 1/2 tsp garlic powder
• 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Squeeze as much moisture as possible from the zucchini using a clean towel.
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
