5 Early Signs of Cancer Development in the Body

5 Early Signs of Cancer

Introduction

Cancer is a life-threatening disease that often develops silently, with symptoms appearing only at an advanced stage. However, the body may have warning signs that, if recognized in time, can allow early detection and better treatment results. Although these symptoms do not always mean the presence of cancer, any persistent and unexplained change in the body should never be ignored.

Here are five early signs of cancer that require medical consultation.

1. Unexplained weight loss

Cancers potentially associated with fatigue:

Leukemia and lymphoma (affecting blood cell production and blood oxygenation)

Cancer of the colon or stomach (causing slow internal bleeding, which can lead to anemia)

Liver cancer (affecting detoxification and metabolism)

If extreme fatigue is accompanied by pallor, dizziness or shortness of breath, see a doctor immediately.

3. Skin Changes

The skin may reveal warning signs of internal cancer. Any newly appeared mole, size or skin discoloration that evolves over time should be examined.

Signs to be monitored :

Unusual, asymmetrical skin clouds with irregular edges or whose color and size change (potential signs of melanoma).

Persistent wounds that do not heal (which may indicate skin cancer).
